Your knowledge of the retail business in this area was impressive and gave us confidence to make what turned out to be a very sound business move in accepting a local entity as opposed to a national company(s) ( a Bank & Cell phone store). You handled a buy-out of a national company (imaginarium/Toys-R-Us) at a local level. You were great at simplifying an overly complicated deal.
