Jerry Kampler
Jerry has been in the Real Estate business his entire life. He has been a renter, homeowner, landlord, developer, and property manager dealing with individual units, thousands of condominiums, and over a million square feet of commercial space. As a longtime resident of Brookline and recently Newton, Jerry knows the Brookline, Newton, and neighboring area markets inside and out. He has been active in the local community, having served on the Brookline Planning Board, including several years as its Chairman. He has worked on commercial leasing with clients, including Magic Beans, Mint Julep, Tatte, When Pigs Fly, and The Abbey. Corporate clients have included Hertz, Dunkin’ Donuts, Citibank, The Gardner Museum, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, and The Church of Latter-Day Saints.
During his free time, you can find Jerry BBQ’ing on his Big Green Egg, swimming with his children, hiking with his two Labrador Retriever Duke and Marley, tending to his garden, or riding on his Peleton.
